The Customer Entitlement Services (CES) team plays a pivotal role in validating customer assets and entitlement data for Oracle Health. By ensuring accuracy and compliance, CES supports the Customer Deal Desk (CDD), Client Renewals, and Sales teams in executing critical business transactions seamlessly.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for validating and managing customer entitlement data, ensuring accuracy in Oracle Health systems, and supporting multiple business functions with reliable contract and asset information. This role is central to enabling smooth renewals, expansions, migrations, and other key business transactions while improving operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build entitlement reports, billing obligations, cashflow summaries, termination, and migration reports to support CDD and CSS teams.
  • Research entitlement data in both legacy Cerner and Oracle systems.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, including cleanup of entitlement records.
  • Collaborate across teams to assist with resolution of issues impacting invoicing, billing, quoting, or contracting.
  • Provide additional research and documentation support on customer contracts where needed.
  • Support CES activities across global accounts as required.
  • Prioritize requests based on organizational needs and customer impact.
  • Report completed tasks and actions, ensuring project/task closure.
  • Learn and implement new processes to improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in working with enterprise systems (Oracle/Cerner experience preferred).
  • Ability to interpret customer contracts and transactional metadata.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
