The opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to support the resolution of external disputes raised by clients, members, regulators, and stakeholders.

The Operational Governance Division comprises of Distribution Governance & a variety of Governance related roles, including transaction monitoring and fraud.

This role is critical in maintaining Netwealths reputation and fostering trust with AFCA, clients, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate and respond to external complaints in line with RG 271 and other regulatory requirements

  • Liaise with external agencies including AFCA to ensure timely and accurate resolution

  • Document dispute processes and outcomes with precision

  • Recommend solutions that align with legal obligations and internal policies

  • Managing high volumes of complex disputes within strict regulatory timeframes

  • Ensure consistency and fairness in dispute outcomes while tailoring responses to individual cases

  • Keeping up with regulatory changes and industry best practices

  • Meet SLA related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and compliance

About you

  • 1–3 years experience in dispute resolution, compliance, or legal roles

  • Strong knowledge of RG 271 and AFCA processes

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, or related fields

  • Familiarity with governance and risk systems such as Protecht and CRM platforms

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Be able to stay informed on regulatory changes and adapt to evolving industry standards

  • Commit to ongoing learning and engage in professional development to maintain expertise in compliance and dispute handling
