Your Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and operating AI and ML services that support Agentic AI and automated decisioning. You’ll work in a collaborative, quality-focused team that values learning, peer review, and knowledge sharing.

 

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and APIs.
  • Own software lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers.
  • Stay current with GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

 

This is a permanent role, offers a flexible hybrid work model. We welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne).

 

About You

    • Strong proficiency in Python (Python 3).
    • Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
    • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK).
    • Ability to work with data scientists to deploy, maintain, and optimize machine learning models in accordance with architectural guidelines.
    • Experience with enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms (e.g., VertexAI).
    • Expertise in implementing and using tools to monitor and evaluate the performance, reliability, and scalability of ML models.
    • REST API development using FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django.
    • Solid understanding of software architecture and DevOps practices.
    • Experience with cloud technologies (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
    • Familiarity with SQL and vector databases.
    • Experience with TLS, Terraform, Helm, minio, preferred.
    • Microservices and cloud deployment experience, preferred.
