About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in initiating and managing sales contacts with prospective and existing customers. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team by ensuring smooth interaction with customers and supporting the overall sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound sales inquiries and make outbound sales calls to generate leads.
• Accept and process orders from customers efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers.
• Record sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems.
• Assist in preparing sales quotes and proposals.
• Respond to basic customer queries about products and services.
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks.
• Keep track of inventory and availability for orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
