Early College Coordinator

Pay Range: $45509 - $47380 Per Year

Work Schedule: Non-traditional schedule- 180 Days Following the public school calendar

This position is full-time, 180 day "non-traditional" schedule. Schedule TBD to closely align with the public high school academic schedule.

Serves as the primary liaison with high schools, families, and CCSNH partners to expand access to Early College opportunities, with responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the Early College programming and administrative processes, including registration, advising, course development, faculty collaboration, onboarding, and outreach. This position reports to the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA). This position works 180 days following closely to the public school calendar. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinates and oversees registration processes for Early College, including on-campus, high school, and community events.

Advises students and families on academic and career pathways, transfer options, and enrollment requirements.

Develops, coordinates, and maintains Early College course offerings in collaboration with faculty partners, schools, and CCSNH systems.

Supports and trains high school instructors, liaisons, and faculty partners involved in Early College programming.

Organizes orientations, open houses, and outreach events to promote Early College opportunities.

Maintains accurate records and data, gathers data and generates reports on enrollments, course participation, and student outcomes.

Collaborates with registrar, bursar, enrollment, and student services staff to facilitate effective and efficient administrative processes and operations.

Advocates for Early College by engaging with families, schools, state events, and system-wide initiatives.

Operates and manages required software systems (BANNER, DualEnroll, Dynamic Forms, SIS/Navigate, Microsoft Office, Canvas, Zoom, Target X, etc.).

Collaborates with CCSNH Early College and Dual Enrollment Team.

Complies with all system, college, state and federal rules and regulations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major study in counseling, psychology, business administration, marketing, education or a related discipline.

Experience: Three years' experience in teaching, admissions placement, recruiting, academic program planning, career or academic advising/counseling, student support services or related experience.

Licensure/Certifications: Valid driver�s license.

Knowledge of admissions and academic/career advising. Understanding of the mission of Early College and community colleges. Strong technology skills to work across multiple platforms to collect and analyze data and prepare written reports. Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with diverse populations. Ability to present program information effectively and accurately with various groups including youth and the adult academic community. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Effective writing and verbal skills and an ability to speak in front of large groups of high school students. Possess an attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to act with diplomacy and tact and to maintain confidentiality. Must be willing to maintain an appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the College management.
