The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Director of Regional Sales Operations & Support to lead the teams and programs that power our sales engine. This leader will ensure operational excellence across regions, drive consistency while meeting local needs, and partner with sales leadership to remove friction and enable performance at scale.

This is a remote role; however, candidates must be located within Tampa/St Petersburg to attend quarterly in-person team meetings at our office in St Petersburg, FL. 


  

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop regional sales operations and support teams to deliver high-quality execution.
  • Partner with sales leaders to provide proactive operational support and solutions that boost performance.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that enhance scalability and sales effectiveness.
  • Standardize and improve workflows, processes, and SOPs across regional teams.
  • Build and maintain process maps, documentation, and training resources for consistency and adoption.
  • Partner with Analytics to deliver dashboards and KPIs that provide actionable insights.
  • Act as a connector across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT to align priorities and support change management.
Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in sales operations, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools.
  • Proven success leading regional or distributed teams and driving alignment across functions.
  • Expertise in workflow mapping, documentation, and SOP creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence frontline teams and senior executives.

Preferred Experience

  • B2B, media, or SaaS background.
  • Experience in change management and training for process rollouts.
