The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. This role oversees a team of hourly facilities associates, manages contractors and vendors, leads special projects, and ensures labor resources are effectively planned and utilized. 

• Foster a positive team environment with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage, schedule, and develop a team of hourly facilities and maintenance personnel.
• Lead special projects such as facility upgrades, process improvements, equipment installations, and space reconfigurations.
• Develop and manage labor plans to align with operational needs and seasonal fluctuations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, dock levelers, and battery charging stations to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including nights or weekends for special projects or emergencies.
