• Performs general maintenance of buildings.
• Operates minor hand and power tools and performs general maintenance of such.
• Maintains grounds as assigned with manual and powered landscaping equipment and performs general maintenance on such.
• Performs snow/ice removal with manual and powered snow/ice removal equipment and performs general maintenance on such.
• Performs basic lighting and wiring tasks.
• Performs basic plumbing and pipefitting tasks.
• Performs basic carpentry tasks.
• Performs basic troubleshooting on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
• Performs basic PC-based functions to access, retrieve, enter and/or verify job-related information.
• Assists other employees as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Ensures that Company safety, health, and environmental practices are followed as required.

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must pass written and practical Predictive Testing (entry level). Required
• Must be capable of learning and performing computer system data entry. Required
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office. Required
• Must be able to instruct employees assisting on the same work. Required
• Must be in sound physical condition and be able to lift materials. Required
• Possession of the qualities of neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness in the workplace and in person. Required

• Driver's License Required
