What You'll Own
Be the Customer Champion
- Own the complete customer experience for our biggest accounts—no passing the buck
- Build relationships that last through proactive communication and genuine care
- Solve problems fast and escalate smart when needed
- Turn customer challenges into opportunities with your relentless problem-solving
Drive Results That Matter
- Monitor performance like your reputation depends on it (because it does)
- Collaborate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to make the impossible happen
- Find creative solutions when capacity gets tight—adaptability is your superpower
- Keep freight moving and customers smiling, even when things get complicated
Master the Details
- Handle order entry, updates, and reporting with precision that makes your teammates proud
- Document everything so the team can seamlessly step in (we not me in action)
- Track performance and spot trends that drive continuous improvement
- Support pricing strategies that win business and keep it profitable

Requirements
What We're Looking For
The Basics
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years in logistics/transportation customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and 50+ WPM typing speed
- U.S. geography knowledge that impresses truckers
- TMW and PC Miller experience preferred
