About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales & Office Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role blends sales support with front desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about technology and business growth. While the main focus will be on supporting our sales team and driving opportunities, you will also be the welcoming face of our office and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day processes and administrative tasks.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential prospects.
  • Assign prospects to the appropriate sales agents and maintain CRM records.
  • Support the team at events such as conferences and trade shows.
  • Generate reports, statistics, and sales documentation.

Front Desk & Administrative Support:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route inquiries as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for services or repairs.
  • Provide light support for office events and meetings, including set-up and refreshments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do, team-player attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable taking direction while also working independently.
  • Based in Las Vegas, NV, or ready to relocate.

Additional Skills & Experience:

  • Sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Background in retail or B2B software industries.
  • Previous experience in administrative, receptionist, or office support roles.
