Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of IT Infrastructure, Digital OEM Tools, and Data Security to lead our IT infrastructure, digital tool initiatives, and data security efforts at Repairify in Plano, Texas. This director-level role will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. You'll also be responsible for managing our digital OEM tools, driving innovation, and optimizing processes to support our business growth and transformation. Additionally, you'll lead our data security and privacy efforts, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

IT & Infrastructure Leadership
• Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies to support business objectives and transformation initiatives 
• Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient and secure operations
• Complete technology evaluations and due diligence requirements.
• Partner with teams to collect evidence for performance of annual technical audits. 
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services 
Digital OEM Tools Management
• Manage and optimize digital OEM tools, ensuring seamless integration with our systems 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation 
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of our digital OEM tools 
Data Security and Privacy
• Develop and implement data security and privacy strategies to protect sensitive data 
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA 
• Lead incident response and risk management efforts to minimize data breaches and security threats 
Performance Optimization and Security
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure and digital OEM tools 
• Implement best practices for IT service management, incident response, and problem management 
• Develop and maintain IT security policies and procedures 
Transformation and Innovation
• Collaborate with the Chief Transformation Officer to drive business transformation through IT-enabled initiatives 
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements, and develop strategies to drive business growth 
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives align with business objectives

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, data security, and privacy, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud services 
• Experience with digital OEM tools and automotive industry-specific technologies 
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices, regulations, and compliance 
Leadership Skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing IT teams 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies 

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, AWS, or Azure, are a plus 
Industry Experience
• Experience working in the automotive or technology industries is desirable

This role has supervisory responsibilities.

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
