Purpose:
This position supports the Reebok Product Supply Creation function, and this individual will be responsible for executing inventory procurement, systems maintenance, and delivery tracking/reporting. They will work closely with multiple partners across the business to ensure order requirements are filled timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, on-time demand placement for promotional orders on behalf of the marketing team and apparel for DTC. Follow through on scheduled data assortment & distribution to provide consistent support to stakeholders
- Lead meetings with marketing team members to follow up on availability of product for important initiatives (i.e. campaigns, photoshoots, energy drops, signature events)
- Take actions to improve the availability of promotional & apparel orders and suggest changes to the marketing calendar while minimizing expense
- Issue multi-phase delivery reporting to promo & apparel customers, communicating ordering timelines, availability and on-time arrival to the warehouse and to unique destinations. Build promo summary reporting quarterly and annually for cost and trend tracking
- Assist with Hard Launch tracking and coordinate monthly presentation to key stake holders
- Maintain bi-weekly traffic elevation of late/missed bookings for the entire US volume

- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects under a deadline
- Financial and operational experience required
Requirements
- Four-year degree from college or university required with emphasis in supply chain management, logistics or finance preferred
- 1-2 years of related work experience (co-op and internships included)
