Description

Community Bank seeking a Loan Administrator to join our Note Department. The Loan Administrator will be responsible for administering loan processing for our financial institution while maintaining compliance for loan files. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Process and create incoming loan cards and files

• Process payoffs

• Review loans to ensure that acceptable credit standards are maintained and that loans follow bank policy

• Gather loan documentation that is needed for Loan Officers and their files

• Perform reviews of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan files to determine proper documentation

• Prepare spreadsheets for Loan Committee

• Knowledge of loan processing and documentation a plus

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in clerical work, secretarial work or executive assistant work

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
