What's in Store
Davies Risk Services is a premier service provider of Premium Audits and Loss Control Inspections in the United States and Canada for the insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, driven and detail-oriented Administration Specialist to join our administration team. As the Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering client data and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of client work.
 
The Administration Specialist will collaborate closely with team members and other departments to verify client information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter audits and loss control inspections into the management system
  • Assist with importing bulk orders into loss control platforms
  • Collaborate with Branch Client Service Coordinators as needed
  • Manage new user setups in loss control and audit platforms
  • Provide support with tasks received through the AdminHelp shared email inbox
  • Cover main phone lines for inspections
  • Maintain and update step-by-step process documentation related to assigned tasks
  • Demonstrate and support company values: We are Dynamic, We are Innovative, We are Connected, and We Succeed Together
  • Perform other duties as assigned
This role is a full-time, remote position.  

Skills, knowledge & expertise

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • One to three years related experience and/or training preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new programs
  • Proficient typing skills (50+ WPM) with accuracy and experience using 10-key entry
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Quick learner who seeks solutions proactively and asks clarifying questions when needed
  • Self-motivated and task-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates initiative and efficiency, with a focus on improving processes
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
