Enbridge, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support operations in Dallas, TX.

This position delivers a comprehensive range of advanced administrative support to the Vice President (VP) of Business Development, the Power Business Development team and shared services.
What You Will Do:
Perform administrative duties to support the VP Business Development, Power team and shared services. , e.g., draft correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets; book travel arrangements; prepare expense accounts for signature; assist with invoicing; manage electronic calendars; time sheet data entry; new equipment set up for offices, phones; book maintenance requests; order business cards; book meeting rooms and lunches;
Organizing and maintaining team specific documentation processes through data input, verification and filing in hard copy and electronic team and central databases, including data management on the Company’s business enterprise system.
Work closely with renewable energy project developers and the greater team to resolve a variety of day-to-day issues and support a broad range of commercial transactions and projects.
Acts as the Vice President’s point of contact with senior staff both internally and externally.
Gather and input data regarding corporate governance and diligence compliance files/matters on behalf of the department.
Maintain office supplies; manage inventory of kitchen supplies, snacks and refreshments

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Three (3) years of directly related admin experience and administrative certification. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Strong knowledge of Renewables, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, company databases, enterprise structure and standard operating procedures.
Experience in spreadsheet/database management, accounting and business math, business communications.
Ability to maintain high quality performance with multifaceted and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environmenHigh level of discretion, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external contacts, and confidential or sensitive information.
