🩺 What You’ll Do
✅ Evaluate & treat patients in their homes
📋 Create individualized treatment plans
👩‍🏫 Supervise PTAs & HHAs
📝 Document patient progress & update care plans
🤝 Work closely with families & physicians

Qualifications

📌 Requirements
📍 Licensed PT in NV
📅 1+ year PT experience (Home Health/OASIS preferred)
💻 WellSky (Kinnser) experience preferred
🩻 Recent Physical, 🧪 TB test, ❤️ CPR certification
🚘 Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
🏢 Ability to attend 1-day orientation in Las Vegas office
