We are looking for a Commercial Process Development Manager
The Commercial Process Development Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial excellence initiatives related to processes and developing tools supporting our business targets, enhancing sales effectiveness, and optimizing commercial processes across Corrugated Solutions business segment. This role focuses on improving our commercial processes efficiency and performance and driving implementation and enhancement of our commercial tools, including a big focus on CRM capabilities and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The manager will work closely with sales, tender management and with relevant business process owners to develop tools, and frameworks that enhance overall commercial performance.
Your mission:
- Standardization & Optimization of Sales Processes: continuous review of commercial processes and ensure standardization across the regions.
- Lead and pipeline management: Driving and enhancing further the lead and pipeline management processes and developing automatic reporting to support sales leadership in steering sales
- Driving implementation, sustainable usage and data quality of the commercial tools (eg. CRM, MyMondi, etc). Identify gaps and propose tools to enhance commercial effectiveness
- CRM and Data Utilization: Identifying and implement improvements to CRM processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Enhancing CRM with needed features to increase impact and effectiveness, and to improve the fit to all sales channels. Adopting AI tools in commercial applications.
- Continuous Improvement: driving continuous improvement mindset in Commercial processes and developing initiatives that improve overall commercial capabilities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborating with various teams from plants, regions and central teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service and business process owners, to ensure the systems and tools meet their needs.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Wide experience in commercial management, digital projects, or business development in the corrugated packaging industry or a related sector. Experience in packaging industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of driving digital projects and implementing commercial processes. Good understanding of sales processes and systems.
- Experience with implementing commercial tools, CRM tools (eg. SAP C4C, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and other commercial management systems.
- Ability to streamline and optimize sales processes, driving operational efficiencies and improving the sales cycle.
- Technical know-how on commercial tools and interest in new technologies.
- Strong ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement solutions that enhance commercial performance.
- Strong project Management skills: Ability to manage multiple commercial initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English.
