Job Summary:

The Patient Scheduling Representative plays a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and well-coordinated care. You’ll support patients, families, and providers by arranging appointments and preparing everything needed for smooth clinical visits

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate scheduling of patient infusions, procedures, and diagnostics for assigned departments

  • Schedule appointment times using computerized scheduling programs

  • Verify appropriate clinical indications in line with department requirements

  • Work closely with medical and clinical staff to confirm patient needs, facility availability, and required preauthorizations

  • Communicate with patients and families to provide pre-procedure instructions and confirm appointment details

  • Maintain accurate records and support the clinical team with administrative scheduling tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior scheduling or healthcare office experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and communicate effectively with patients and families

  • Comfort with computer systems and scheduling programs
