Job Summary
Supports the Product Sales Support team by managing sales reporting and tracking client activity. Delivers analytical insights and statistical data to inform business decisions, including preparing standard forecasts, budgets, and performance projections. Core Responsibilities:
- Administers sales reports and monitors client activity to support the Product Sales Support team.
- Provides analytical and statistical insights, including preparation of standard forecasts, budgets, projections, and management reports.
- Generates daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; tracks, verifies, and reports data to support sales initiatives such as incentives and contests.
- Handles basic account inquiries and escalates non-technical issues to the Product Sales Support Supervisor as needed.
- Processes agreements received from the product sales team and enters relevant data into internal databases.
- Serves as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT to define and communicate actionable database query requirements.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Comcast products, services, equipment, and marketing promotions.
- Conducts clerical research requiring familiarity with departmental programs, policies, and procedures.
- Investigates and manages customer escalations with professionalism and accuracy.
- Demonstrates regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be available to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This job can be performed in New Jersey with a Pay Range of $29.19 - $43.78Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
