WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The EHS Systems Manager assists the EHS team to ensure all projects are organized and completed with attention to detail. Job duties include:
- Develop and update enterprise-wide EHS programs.
- Review EHS data and metrics, identify trends and root causes, and provide recommentations for remediation.
- Manage all EHS content within EHS IT system in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain EHS training materials in coordination with the training department to ensure completion and tracking in the system of record.
- Faciliate bi-weekly EHS onboarding for salaried new hires.
- Update and communicate department related reports to operational stakeholders.
- Manage content within contractor systems (ISN, Avetta, etc.).
- Coordinate industrial hygiene sampling with relevant vendor, site operations team and applicable EHS team members and track data obtained from sampling.
- Engage with all EHS department vendors and ensure expected service level is being reached.
- Lead the corporate office safety committee and work with the building management team to implement suggested initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and manage the office EHS program enterprise-wide.
- Manage enterprise-wide EHS communication and engagements.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Degree in environmental, health and safety or relevant years of experience.
- 5 or more years of EHS experience in with strong regulatory knowledge base.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of EHS IT related systems (ISN, Avetta, etc.). Certified Safety professional (CSP) or similar certification.
OUR ENVIRONMENT:
This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
