Responsible for providing high level administrative support and partnership to DVP(s) , VP (s) in Field Operations/Operations Administration teams to maximize leader and departmental efficiency. Responsible for maintaining an advanced knowledge of field operations for comprehensive support delivery on banner/leader priorities while ensuring adhering to protocol, process, and procedure.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative ownership including coordination of calendars; travel arrangements; meeting arrangement and notes; compiling sales data and reports; review and process travel expense reports; report preparation; memos, documents, presentations; and other correspondence as directed by Field Operations Administration
  • Monitor departmental expenses to adhere to department budgets
  • Resolve issues as needed and notify correct Field Operations Administration VPs of any discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain a productive relationship within Store Operations, Operations Administration, and other departments within the company, district managers, and field employees
  • Firm understanding & knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures to always ensure appropriate administrative protocol
  • Generates and receives confidential and sensitive information/files, ensures that information is securely maintained and archived
  • Coordinates day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects to ensure goals/objectives are accomplished and deadlines are met
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Create ad-hoc reports and analysis and communicate finding through reports, discussions, and presentations
  • Responsible for creation/analysis presentations to Managers/Directors/VPs both verbal and written

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or equal equivalent/relevant experience
  • 2+ years supporting Vice President or above
  • Strong administrative and/or office related experience
  • Must be a self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks with a high degree of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Complete confidentiality on important business projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 along with strong written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple VPs
  • Able to work independently while demonstrating multi-tasking and problem-solving ability
  • Team collaboration and ability to embrace diversity of thought

The salary range for this opportunity is $47,500 - $50,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
