Job Overview

 

The Reporting Centre of Excellence (RCoE) is a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) centre of excellence responsible for managing forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and planning transformation. This role will involve leading the implementation of new Planning, Forecasting, and Analytic-based solutions as part of FP&A transformation strategies.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Leading on all FP&A transformation and development projects.
  • Driving the evaluation, design, implementation, testing, and delivery of all FP&A transformation projects.
  • Developing user documentation and facilitating end-user training.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert while collaborating with all stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, IT) to streamline existing processes and resolve technical issues.
  • Understanding systems and reporting requirements across the organisation to optimise technical solutions in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Anaplan, HFM, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Spearheading the Carlsberg Britvic integration, ensuring successful execution of both system and business needs.

 

Experience and Key Attributes

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience in using functions such as lookups, SUMIFS, INDEXES, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • A solid understanding of data structures and transformation with experience managing large datasets.
  • Prior experience in project planning and delivery.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, including the ability to connect systems and ideas effectively, as well as investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and independence, capable of working independently while efficiently leading and managing analysts.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders' expectations and team workload.
