The role

We’re looking for an SEO Executive with a passion for the technical side of search and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in a fast-moving field. You’ll be joining our forward-thinking marketing team, contributing directly to the success of our products and platforms that are transforming the airport passenger journey.

If you thrive on uncovering insights, solving problems, and shaping strategies from complex information, this role will give you the platform to grow. The SEO landscape is evolving rapidly — particularly with the rise of AI — and we want someone who’s motivated to stay ahead of the curve, turning change into opportunity.

You’ll need to combine technical expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with colleagues across content, marketing, and tech. This is a role where your initiative, curiosity, and can-do attitude will be just as important as your technical know-how.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical/content audits to uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Create and execute SEO strategies, including optimising title tags, meta descriptions, and collaborating with content and tech teams to improve CMS functionality.

  • Monitor the evolving SEO and AI landscape, adapting strategies in response to algorithm updates and industry shifts.

  • Report on progress, key metrics, and growth opportunities to the SEO Manager and wider team.

  • Identify both “quick wins” and long-term opportunities, showing hunger for learning and self-development.

About you

  • Hands-on SEO experience with proven impact on organic traffic and rankings.

  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, with confidence in analysing and presenting data.

  • An intrinsically motivated problem-solver who can work independently and adapt quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organised, commercially focused, and able to manage multiple projects with accountability and drive.
