Job Description

We are a leading global supplier of aroma chemicals, specializing in Citrus and Mint oils. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products to an international customer base across the UK, EU, Asia, the US, and the Middle East. We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

The Role:
As an International Sales Account Manger, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our global customer base. You will manage a segment of our international product portfolio and keep customers informed about market trends and developments within the Citrus and Mint sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an international customer base across regions including the UK, EU, Asia, the US, and the Middle East.
  • Present market developments and trends to customers, with a focus on the Citrus and Mint sectors.
  • Participate in internal market development meetings to stay updated on industry trends and insights.
  • Monitor market developments and assist in sourcing ingredients from our factories and approved third-party manufacturers.
  • Travel to origin markets, ADM locations, and customer offices as required.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in IT, with strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic INCO terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).
  • A proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused team player.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerical or scientific discipline is preferred but not essential (experience will be considered).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a sales role, ideally within the aroma chemicals or related industries.
  • Commutable distance to Central London (remote work is not considered).
