This exciting permanent role is located at our Bradford Office and offers hybrid working (3 days office/2 home) offering 37.5 hours between 07:30 and 17:30. Salary £35,000
Your Contribution (Job description)
To support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns by creating and producing compelling content and assets. This role blends marketing execution with strong design skills, ensuring campaigns are brought to life creatively across multiple channels and resonate with target audience.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
· Deliver campaign assets across digital channels including LinkedIn, web, email, and internal communications.
· Adapt messaging and creative to suit different channels, ensuring consistency and audience relevance.
· Write and edit copy in line with brand tone of voice to support campaign objectives.
· Produce supporting collateral for product and service communications.
Creative Production
· Design, craft, and execute visually engaging content to support campaigns, presentations, and internal projects.
· Create and edit video and animated content to enhance storytelling.
· Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and contribute to a strong, consistent customer experience.
Collaboration & Support
· Work closely with the Campaign Manager and internal stakeholders to refine briefs and understand campaign requirements.
· Support in the project management of key events.
· Provide creative input to enhance campaign ideas and storytelling.
· Collaborate with and provide feedback to external agency partners when required.
· Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs on time.
Your Journey (qualifications & skills)
· Strong portfolio of marketing-led creative work across digital and print.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages in brand tone.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing colleagues.
· Excellent attention to detail, with a balance of creativity and commercial awareness.
· Ability to deliver at pace and manage multiple priorities under tight deadline

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The role is an essential part the business, creating content and copy that creates intrigue in Epta:
- Design, craft, and execute, visually brilliant content across digital channels including Linked In, web, email, and internal channels.
- Help elevate campaign storytelling with fresh ideas that communicates our brand.
- Design and execute key communications around our products, services and offer.
- Edit and produce video and animated content.
- Craft key customer messages through our tone of voice.
- Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to refine the brief.
- Support, collaborate and feedback to our external agency partners.
- Working autonomously on several briefs simultaneously.
Qualifications
Experience and Key Skills:
- Strong portfolio of work including layout, graphic design, typography, presentation design and branding.
- Skilled in all Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, photoshop, In design, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
- Creating copy and key customer messages within brand tone of voice.
- Ability to brainstorm and support in the creation of ideas.
- Strong communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to uncover key information.
- Dynamic and adaptive.
