Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve Ethics and Compliance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI. Maintain curated datasets to enhance data availability, transparency, and analytical depth.
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools to track and improve compliance performance across all program areas. Ensure alignment with Brambles’ global standards and compliance objectives.
  • Issue, monitor, and analyze Global Trade Compliance (GTC) reports. Administer screening processes to ensure adherence to GTC policies, manage Refinitiv screenings, and lead the Annual Re-Screening Project.
  • Collaborate with the Global Privacy Officer to design and improve automated assessments, workflows, and incident response tools in platforms such as OneTrust.
  • Provide technical evaluation and maintenance of compliance-related software applications and SaaS solutions. Document system requirements and maintain training materials to ensure user alignment and understanding.
  • Support the Global Ethics and Compliance Team in increasing awareness of ethics programs through automated tools, training, and communication strategies. Maintain the Global Ethics and Compliance Hub and other relevant resources.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting, analytics, and technical support to the Global Ethics and Compliance Team. Assist in special projects and participate in Global Ethics and Compliance town halls to foster team collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for compliance tools and reports, ensuring clarity and consistency. Support governance processes by providing structured reporting and data-driven insights.

Global Compliance Analyst – Human Rights

Location: United Kingdom (Manchester hybrid or remote elsewhere)

🔎 What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and implementation of Brambles’ global human rights monitoring programs
  • Oversee and track audits across CHEP plants and suppliers
  • Conduct compliance assessments, internal investigations, and risk evaluations
  • Deliver targeted human rights training and awareness campaigns
  • Collaborate with global teams across Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and more
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting via the Human Rights Monitoring Program Tracker

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal or compliance roles
  • Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
  • Experience with human rights audits, SEDEX, or SMETA is a plus
