The Opportunity:
 

This role will act as the “Seg Fund Back Office” for MWISI Advisors. They will serve as the central channel for advisors to access administrative support and escalations for new contracts as well as inforce seg business for all seg fund carriers supported by MWISI.

The Seg Fund Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of operational tasks and providing comprehensive support and training to advisors. This role ensures the smooth execution of non-financial updates, advisor transitions, and system updates. The coordinator will also handle daily commission queries, problem resolution, and system testing to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in the financial services industry or similarly regulated industry
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) in English and/or French
  • Ability to thoroughly learn an online platform and provide training to users
  • Ability to build and nurture positive relationships with independent advisors
    ·Commitment to achieving high levels of service excellence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal direction within a team

Salary range is expected to be between

$42,825.00 CAD - $71,375.00 CAD
