At a time of growth and innovation in our marketing activities, we are looking for a SEM Account Manager who is ready to take our paid performance campaigns to the next level. This is more than a media management role, it’s a strategic position with high impact and visibility, where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes, strengthen our brands, and drive measurable growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in managing and optimising large-scale SEM accounts and budgets. With at least 4–5 years of proven track record, you will bring both analytical rigour and creative problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding performance.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, thrives under deadlines, and can handle multiple projects with ease. You will be a collaborative team player while also showing strong initiative and self-motivation.
As SEM Account Manager, you will work closely with the SEM Manager and play a key role in planning, implementing, and analysing paid performance marketing campaigns across different brands and products, with a strong focus on SEM. Leveraging tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other performance marketing platforms, you will ensure our campaigns are aligned with both marketing and business objectives, consistently pushing for optimisation and innovation.
Qualifications:What your impact will be:
As a SEM Account Manager, you will take full ownership of performance for a specific market or product area, driving measurable growth through paid search. Your impact will come from identifying growth opportunities, testing and scaling winning initiatives, and ensuring campaigns consistently meet targets. By delivering performance insights to stakeholders, optimising accounts, and collaborating with IT to automate and innovate, you will directly shape how our SEM strategy evolves. You will also support knowledge sharing within the team and uphold best practices while continuously developing your expertise as tools and products change.
Your expertise:
- Proven Performance Marketing experience, 3-5 years with a preferred focus on SEM
- Advanced Excel skills in order to interpret and analyse big chunks of data from multiple sources
- Very data-oriented, strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Dynamic person with a data-driven approach; ability to leverage data to influence marketing decisions
- Experience in managing large budgets for SEM campaigns
- Web analytics experience, e.g. Google Analytics, etc
- Good understanding of automated bidding (GoogleAds, SearchAds360, etc)
- Desire to collaborate with other departments outside of SEM team in order to enhance
