About this opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ericsson’s Marketing & Communication team for CU West Europe as Marketing Manager to support customer engagement and advocacy. This role will join a team led by a M&C CU Head and will cover France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This team is part of the wider team Marketing, Communications and Sustainability for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
What you will do:
- Plan and execute Account Based Marketing strategies for prioritized accounts in France, Netherlands , Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Adapt global content and campaigns for local relevance, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to create meaningful customer engagements.
- Plan and deliver impactful events
- Manage third-party marketing and communication agencies.
- Integrate AI tools into daily work to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Develop customer advocacy and use cases
- Deliver and measure actions (KPIs and data analytics)
The skills you bring:
- 10+ years of proven marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications from a recognized Business School or University.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Solid Account-Based Marketing expertise
- Skilled in leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo).
- Experience with agency management and budget allocation.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills working with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional skills in crafting compelling, brand-aligned content strategies
- Experience in planning and managing events from concept through execution
