Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in React.js, React Native, and modern monorepo tooling (Nx) to help design, build, and scale our fully modular product platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping a plug-and-play architecture that supports white-labelling, feature parity across web and mobile, and a seamless developer experience. You’ll work across React.js web applications, React Native mobile apps, and a shared Nx-based codebase, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability. You will also help define global config and automation standards that allow new apps and features to be spun up with minimal effort.

You’ll work across React.js web applications, React Native mobile apps, and a shared Nx-based codebase, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability. You will also help define global config and automation standards that allow new apps and features to be spun up with minimal effort.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Design and maintain an Nx-based setup supporting multiple apps and shared libraries
● Build/configure theming, branding, and config-driven customisation across apps
● Develop React.js apps using TypeScript, Vite, TailwindCSS, and MUI
● Support React Native apps with modular, reusable code
● Implement and optimise Redux-Saga (or alternative) for scalable async workflows
● Tooling & Automation: Improve DX via code generators, linting, CI/CD pipelines, and
project templates
● Write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, MSW)
● Work with backend, product, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
● Integrate tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, and Sentry
Qualifications:
● 4+ years React.js expertise, with strong React Native experience
● Proven experience with Nx (or similar monorepo tools) in production
● Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
● Strong understanding of Redux, Redux-Saga, and state management patterns
● Familiarity with TailwindCSS, MUI, and Emotion
● Experience with Vite, Webpack, and build optimisation
● API integration (REST/GraphQL) with JWT/OAuth authentication
● Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
● Strong testing background (Jest, React Testing Library, MSW)
● Experience building white-label apps (config-driven theming, branding, multi-client support) is good to have
● Familiarity with Storybook and component documentation, and exposure to deep linking
(Branch), push notifications (OneSignal/Infobip) is good to have
● i18n and localisation workflows, and Data visualisation libraries (D3.js, Victory) is good to have
