ISD Business Manager – Paper & Print
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an ISD Business Manager with a high focus on the Paper & Print business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Meeting or exceeding the designated sales quota in your defined sales territory.
Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to achieve defined sales targets and business objectives.
Partnering with local and national channel teams to drive growth initiatives, strategies, and programs.
Engaging with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to develop and execute the local business growth plan.
Building strong end-user customer relationships and applications to drive growth, with a high focus on the Paper & Print portfolio.
Recommending specific portfolio needs to the local market and executing new product introductions.
Managing portfolio demand planning and forecasting based on customer insights.
Overseeing local pricing and portfolio execution to maximize profitability.
Promoting and implementing marketing activities aligned with ISD objectives.
Providing key market and customer insights to Global, Area, and Local organizations.
Representing the ISD division in all customer and distributor interactions, ensuring consistent and professional engagement.
Effectively managing your opportunity pipeline in CRM, conducting strategic planning for new opportunities, and leading regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
Seven (7) years or more of exceptional business, sales, or equivalent experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Three (3) years of Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry experience.
Current, valid driver’s license.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
MBA from an accredited institution.
Experience articulating value propositions and system selling.
Demonstrated success in business strategy, operational marketing, business analytics, customer negotiations, price management, and leadership by influence.
Understanding of flexographic printing processes (printer experience a strong plus).
Experience developing and managing key accounts.
Proven track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
