In This Role, You Will:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Coordinate outreach activities and engagement campaigns to promote the Foundation's mission and impact
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date development records and donor databases
- Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and donor activities
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and grant administration processes
- Represent the Foundation and IHFA as a key spokesperson and/or representative at various community events and meetings when applicable. Availability for occasional overnight in-state travel is required
- Prepare communication materials, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support and implement strategic business development efforts to enhance philanthropic initiatives
- Contribute towards and complete sponsor and donor grant applications
- Execute internal and external reporting functions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or development roles preferred
- Strong digital and research skills required
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated professionalism, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with social media platforms
- Ability to travel required
