Advocare West Deptford Pediatrics is a well-established practice in Gloucester County, NJ seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join our practice. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, comprehensive well and sick care to all of our patients in a team setting. Our practice has three locations and has both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Full-time consists of 4 days per week and 1 weekend per month. Part-time hours are negotiable. We do not require newborn rounds. We have nursing staff to triage calls during the day and a nurse triage service after office hours to provide 24-hour pediatric triage. We are located 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia, in a diverse community with excellent school systems. We are offering a very competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Physician Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and diagnose/treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions
- Track and assess patient growth and monitor physical, emotional, and social development
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results
- Utilize the EMR system efficiently to review, collect, and document patient information
- Conduct well visits, order routine vaccinations, and provide age-appropriate guidance
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, evidence -based care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with compliance standards

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New jersey
- Board certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to thrive in a team-oriented, patient-focused setting
