At Barron, our Hearth Technician will:
- Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
- Achieve and maintain proficiency in all aspects of stove and fireplace installation
- Adhere to scheduling, installation, quality control, and customer service procedures with accuracy and care
- Communicate installation layouts, processes, and equipment information clearly with customers
- Identify and implement effective solutions to installation challenges
- Provide timely follow-up with managers, coordinators, and customers the same day
- Willingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas
- Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-75 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipment
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight or overhead spaces
- Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized vehicle
- Maintain a Barron branded appearance per company policy (e.g., clean, branded uniform)
- Attend all Company-wide and departmental meetings
- Collaborate and build strong working relationships across all departments
- Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Pre-employment Drug Screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Compensation:
- Full-Time
- $ 22.00-$30.00 per hour; DOE
