Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management:
    Recruit, onboard, and train Business Development Representatives (DBRs) or BDC coordinators. 
     
  • Lead Management:
    Oversee inbound and outbound lead calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up from the BDC team. 
     
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Set performance goals and quotas for the BDC staff, track results, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. 
     
  • Appointment Setting:
    Coordinate and schedule sales and service appointments, and manage rescheduling for no-show customers. 
     
  • Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion rates. 
     
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track department performance and identify trends. 
     
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional communication and support. 
     
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales, marketing, and service departments to align strategies and optimize the customer journey. 
     
Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead tracking and data analysis.
  • Analytical skills to review performance metrics and implement strategies.
