The Training Coordinator will be responsible for assigning, organizing, tracking, and evaluating all employee training initiatives. This role ensures training programs are delivered effectively, meet organizational goals, and comply with regulatory requirements. The Training Coordinator will collaborate with managers, subject matter experts, and employees to ensure a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- Training Program Management
- Plan, schedule, assign and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Coordinate training needs with Mentors
- Maintain and update training calendars.
- Communicate training opportunities to employees.
- Tracking & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and attendance.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Generate reports for leadership on training completion, progress, and gaps.
- Support & Communication
- Liaise with managers to identify training needs by department and role.
- Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
- Provide support to trainers, mentors and participants during training sessions.
- Evaluation & Improvement
- Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Support development of e-learning modules and self-paced training.
- Collect mentor and trainee feedback forms and share or coach as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in training coordination or HR is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
