Grounded in clinical excellence, doctors in the Allied OMS network maintain essential roles in management, governance, and clinical practice and participate directly in the platform's growth. Seventy-five percent of the Allied OMS board of directors are doctor members, and Allied OMS doctors lead 100% of the platform's management committees.


Founded in 2020 in partnership with DuneGlass Capital, a healthcare services-focused independent sponsor, the Allied OMS network now includes 83 doctors serving patients from 49 locations in 14 States. 


The Role

 

Allied OMS is seeking a Director of Analytics with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), operational performance, and marketing analytics. This leader will be accountable for developing and executing an enterprise-wide analytics strategy that aligns financial, operational, and marketing data into a cohesive framework for decision-making.


The Director will oversee a high-performing analytics team, integrate multiple data sources into a modern Snowflake-based cloud environment, and deliver executive dashboards that turn data into strategic intelligence. By unifying insights from RCM, operations, and marketing, this role will directly impact profitability, efficiency, patient acquisition, and long-term scalability.


  

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and lead Allied OMS’s enterprise analytics strategy across RCM, operations, and marketing
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics team that drives accountability, innovation, and measurable results
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure analytics outputs directly inform growth, financial performance, and clinical quality
  • Establish governance standards to maintain data accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and operational trust

Revenue Cycle Analytics

  • Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle analytics, including coding, charge capture, claims, denials, AR aging, collections, and payer mix
  • Develop KPI dashboards and scorecards for financial health (e.g., clean claim rates, denial resolution, net collection rates, AR days)
  • Provide actionable insights into payer performance and reimbursement trends to support negotiations and contract optimization
  • Identify revenue leakage and design data-driven improvements to cash flow and billing efficiency

Operational Metrics & Performance Analytics

  • Build dashboards that track provider productivity, surgical case volume, referral conversion, treatment room utilization, scheduling efficiency, and patient flow
  • Benchmark operational KPIs across practices and identify opportunities to improve throughput and staff utilization
  • Support onboarding of new practices with standardized performance reporting and operational KPI frameworks
  • Deliver insights that enable practice leaders to make informed staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation decisions

Marketing Analytics

  • Partner with the marketing team to track and optimize patient acquisition, referral patterns, campaign ROI, and digital engagement
  • Develop dashboards for lead conversion, referral network growth, and campaign performance at the practice and enterprise level
  • Analyze geographic and demographic trends to identify growth opportunities and support targeted outreach
  • Integrate marketing performance metrics with operational and RCM data to provide a complete view of practice growth drivers

Data Architecture & Integration

  • Oversee enterprise data modeling and Snowflake optimization for RCM, operations, and marketing reporting
  • Direct integration of EMRs, practice management systems, clearinghouses, and digital marketing platforms into a unified data environment
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant analytics pipelines across financial, clinical, and marketing domains

Analytics Delivery

  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards and presentations that unify financial, operational, and marketing insights
  • Provide predictive analytics for revenue forecasting, patient acquisition, practice expansion, and M&A evaluation
  • Collaborate with finance and operations leadership on physician compensation models that align with both financial and operational performance
Requirements
  • 8+ years in healthcare analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in revenue cycle data analytics (claims, denials, coding, payer mix, collections)
  • Proven experience with operational metrics (provider productivity, case volume, treatment room utilization, referral conversion)
  • Hands-on background in marketing analytics (campaign ROI, lead conversion, referral tracking, digital engagement)
  • Deep technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and enterprise-scale cloud data platforms
  • Strong experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for building enterprise dashboards
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of payer contracting analysis, reimbursement trends, and KPI benchmarking
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, Tableau Prep, and advanced data transformation
  • Proficiency with Python or R for predictive modeling and advanced analytics
  • Experience combining marketing and operational data to measure ROI and optimize growth strategies
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Working Environment

  • Hybrid role – Southlake, TX office presence required at least three days per week
