The Recipe for Success:

As our seasonal keyholder, you play a critical role in supporting the store through peak holiday season. You'll drive sales and deliver joyful brand experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations. Acting as Manager-on-Duty, you'll coach and support sales associates, provide exceptional service, and keep the store running seamlessly during seasonal surges.

Seasonal roles are considered temporary employment and do not exceed 120 days.

 

What's on your seasonal menu?    

Leadership 

  • Support daily sales goals by motivating and coaching the team on the sales floor
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty, ensuring sales goals and operational functions are met
  • Partner with the store manager to communicate priorities and keep the team focused 
  • Celebrate team wins and help maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere during peak business 

Sales + Service

  • Role model selling expectations and deliver engaging customer experiences 
  • Share knowledge of cooking, baking, or entertaining to inspire customers
  • Utilizes training tools and resources to educate self/team on product, improve selling skills, and achieve business goals
  • Achieve personal Sales and KPI goals

Operations 

  • Perform key operational duties: opening and closing duties, cash handling and reporting, merchandise handling, etc.
  • Maintain visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities
  • Help maintain visual standards, merchandising practices, and stockroom organization
  • Act with urgency to meet shifting priorities during high volume periods

 

The Perfect Blend: Your Ingredients for Success:    

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak traffic periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)

  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds

  • Authentic passion around cooking, baking, and entertaining
