The Digital Coordinator (web and app) will be responsible for daily management, distribution strategy, and channel management of the Inter Miami website and app, with a focus on engaging and growing audiences across all digital channels. A supporting role will also be part of the duties related to Inter Miami accounts, especially during home matches.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone ready to kickstart their career in digital media and sports. You’ll gain hands-on experience across social, web, and live events while learning from a seasoned digital team.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent updates and alignment across all platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content around campaigns, events, and promotions.
Maintain and update the Inter Miami CF website and app, including page creation, homepage management, troubleshooting, and upgrades as needed.
Support content execution across all Inter Miami CF digital platforms (social, app, and web), including scheduling, creating, and publishing posts.
Assist in executing digital strategy, from planning through delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of emerging technologies and digital best practices.
Conduct research and analysis in partnership with the Business Intelligence team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Contribute to reporting, helping refine internal methods for sharing insights with upper management.
Support matchday coverage via the app for Inter Miami first team, Inter Miami CF II, home matches, select away matches (remotely), and events.
Assist with the Influencer program, working closely with the social media team on operational needs.
Take on additional duties as required to support the digital team and club initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven writing and editing skills, including content tailored for social media.
Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Experience managing a website CMS (e.g., Forge).
Ability to manage multiple demanding projects, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to capture and produce quality photo and video using a mobile device.
Flexibility to travel, work nights/weekends, and attend home match-days for first team, academy, and events.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
