Job Title: Manager, Freight Audit
Reports to: VP Operations
Intelligent Audit is a fast-growing freight audit & business analytics technology company helping our customers become smarter shippers - shipping to their customers faster, cheaper, and with less delivery exceptions. We use big data to help our customers remove inefficiencies in their global transportation spend. The Manager of Freight Audit will oversee Intelligent Audit’s freight audit team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant auditing of transportation invoices across all modes of transport.
What You Will Do:

- Lead and Manage the Freight Audit Team
- Oversee the day-to-day freight audit operations, including exception handling, billing disputes, and escalations
- Assist the Audit Team Lead on workload assignments
- Act as subject matter expert on freight audit processes for internal stakeholders and clients
- Develop and track KPIs to measure team performance, accuracy rates, and productivity
- Documentation of work processes, identify areas for continuous improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with Product and Development to improve automation, reduce manual touches, and enhance audit processes.
- Partner with Client Success and Implementation on onboarding, reporting, and resolution of audit-related issues; participate in Client or Carrier calls and Implementation Gate Review calls
- Support Sales and Business Development efforts as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to define and improve processes and tasks, ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies
- Facilitate Team Meetings and provide coaching, training and development opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in freight audit, logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
