The Executive Director, Loyalty Marketing is responsible for development and implementation of standards, procedures, and formats for the overall management of player/guest database profiles, program analyses, and reports, as well as, management, strategy and leadership of the Database Marketing team.
Responsibilities:Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Own and implement the player lifecycle strategy with a focus on optimizing profit by adjusting for reinvestment and competitor programming
- Develop, implement and maintain standards and procedures for database, development, controls and maintenance.
- Work with IT, Marketing Analytics, and other areas, as deemed necessary, to develop procedures for tracking gaming play, and effectiveness of promotions and events.
- Provide training, management and direction to ensure excellence in the performance of the Database Marketing team.
- Manage department’s financial data.
- Review database activities with Senior Vice President, Marketing.
- Works with department managers and leaders in establishing Live! as active member of the Community.
- Driving incremental gaming, and non-gaming revenues.
- Penetrating target areas and generating volume and revenue through targeted marketing programs.
- Oversee guest communication schedule including, but not limited to: Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Push.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Broad variety of tasks and deadlines require an irregular work schedule.
- Knowledge in developing and maintaining major quality, and quantity databases.
- Computer proficient with extensive experience with PC-based systems.
- Proficient experience using relational databases
- Proficient experience in querying languages/tools.
- Experience building reports using BI tools, specifically Microsoft Excel & Tableau
- Strong knowledge of CRM and campaign management.
- Ability to multitask in order to hit tight deadlines on high volume communication schedule
- Working knowledge of advertising agencies, direct mail houses, and digital direct marketing tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Must-Haves:
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in database systems and equipment for high volume business or industry, preferably Casino Gaming, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role of people and processes.
- A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
- Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
