As part of the Technology team, you will have the opportunity to support and be involved in developing new technology products/applications. A Technology Analyst has a variety of work opportunities including working on products that support financial related functions, working with user communities developing communications and even developing skills with low code/no code solutioning.

Qualifications:We Are Looking For The Following:
- Seeking full-time college or university students.
- Coursework or majors in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent. Coursework or minors in Information Technology/Computer Science or similar are a plus.
- Students with a desire to work with Mainframe skills and work for State Farm upon graduation.
- Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change.
- Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun!
- The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.
- Strong aptitude and desire to learn new languages and frameworks.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Technical aptitude, including technology coursework or relevant work experience, proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), experience or interest in learning about product management and agile practices, strong communication skills, data visualization and analytics skills, experience with data tools, such as Tableau, Quicksight and Power BI.
Internship Program Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the summer internship program, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
- At least one semester of college remaining after the summer of 2026.
- Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.

What You Can Expect:
- The internship will occur between June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026 (10 weeks)
- We will host in-person onboarding in Bloomington, IL
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
- Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
- Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend!
- Work Arrangement:
- Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events.
- Hub Locations: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; or Bloomington, IL
- In Person Events, Locations, and Dates:
- Onboarding (Bloomington, IL): May 31, 2026 - June 4, 2026
- Second In-Person Week (Bloomington, Dunwoody, Richardson, Tempe): Week of July 6 (Subject to change)
- Senior Trip (Dec 2026/May 2027 grads) (Tempe, AZ); Week of July 27 (subject to change)
