- Analyze business and technical specifications.
- Define functional and regression test cases
- Create automation test scripts that provide coverage for defined test cases
- Execute automation scripts and capture/save test backup documentation.
- Work closely and collaborate with other team members in a Kanban/Agile team environment as well as a Waterfall environment.
- Report and track defects/bugs
- Work with team members to research and resolve issues/impediments utilizing proven problem-solving skills
- Ability and intent to learn new technologies such as TOSCA for better automation
- Ability to work independently
- Work closely with the test lead and other team members for proper testing of the application.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, test, document and implement large software deliverables related to all aspects of testing including functional, security and regression and performance testing.
- Create automation test scripts using Selenium OR TOSCA or other tool that is defined for project.
- Maintains and supports existing software applications testing
- Take ownership to meet or exceed pre-defined SLAs.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience managing global software testing and support
- Maintains and supports existing software applications.
- Experience in relational databases including Oracle, PL/SQL and Stored Procedures
- Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible.
- Must be a faster learner and multi-tasker.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
