The role
The Bell Attendant role is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that offers invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne’s hotel operations and guest service standards. We currently have multiple Bell Attendant opportunities available across the property.
- 1x Full time - 7 days 24/7 rotations
- 1x Full time - Permanent overnight
As a Bell Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm welcomes and seamless departures while ensuring their experience is elevated from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests and visitors upon arrival and departure
- Deliver, collect, and store luggage efficiently and securely
- Explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles
- Uphold Crown’s Forbes 5-Star service standards through exceptional customer service and attention to detail
About you
You’ll bring:
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (manual licence highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a premium or 5-star environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Commitment to working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
