Are you a Senior Project Manager ready to take the lead on complex digital transformations and customer migrations?

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, collaborative Senior PM with a strong track record in delivering transformation and customer migration projects. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact technology initiatives that align with our strategic goals and make a real difference across the business

Please note this role can be Permanent or Contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of between 1–3 concurrent projects (depending on size and complexity)

  • Project budget ranges between $0.5m to $10m

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and manage inter and cross project dependencies

  • Support pre-project activities including business case framing and seed funding release adhering to the project framework

  • Manage execution of the project covering both technology delivery and business change (inclusive of team leadership, project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk and issue management)

  • Deliver high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in large corporate environments

  • Proven success managing projects with budgets up to $10m

  • Experience with Salesforce implementations (inclusive of Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and associated customer migration activity (must have)

  • Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
