Multi-Family Construction Field Supervisor
Location: Fort Mill, SCSummary
The Multi-Family Construction Field Supervisor is required to manage, direct, coordinate, and budget, in coordination and at the direction of the Division Manager and other division personnel, all activities concerned with the Company�s division, including overseeing all project start-up, organization, scheduling, and performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviewing project documents
- Overseeing and managing crews and subcontractors
- Ordering and scheduling materials
- Creating daily reports (safety, labor, material usage, general contractor reports)
- Inventory counts/weekly material transfers
- Communicating with crews and General Contractors
- Quantity takeoffs
- Jobsite walks before mobilizations as needed
- Tracking training/safety records
- Creation of project close-out documents
- Inputting data (labor tracker, material tracker, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand the scheduling calendar and add to the calendar as needed
- Review and approve time reported and travel pay
- Create material logs for the scope of work
- Create pour sheets as needed
- Follow-up on material, contact, and in the field.
- Focused on documenting the materials and drawing changes

Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- 1+ years in the construction industry
- Familiar with multi-family construction
- Understanding of cost management processes, planning, and scheduling.
- Computer skills
- Mathematical skills
- Practical written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver�s license
- Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred education and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Experience working in construction as a general contractor
- Experience with the following software: Microsoft Excel, Teams, Team Up, Bluebeam, Outlook, PlanGrid

Work Environment/Physical Demand
This position works in an outdoor, fast-paced environment with occasional office work as assigned. This position requires extended periods of standing, walking, lifting 50 pounds, and driving.
Position type, travel and expected hours of work
This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional work in the office. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am-5 pm, with occasional off-hour work. Typical travel should be expected, such as visiting jobs in the Southeast region. Some occasional overnight travel is expected.
