EMS Pharmacy Associate

What You’ll Do

• Assemble emergency medical kits in accordance with LeeSar protocols.
• Distribute supplies to EMS vehicles, supply centers, and active stations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and update inventory usage in LeeSar systems.
• Support courier dispatch operations, including urgent “stat” deliveries.
• Maintain truck inventory and perform daily vehicle checks.
• Follow all LeeSar standard operating procedures, policies, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with supervisors and EMS teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, and office equipment.

Job Type & Compensation

• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
• Schedule: Third Shift: Sunday through Friday 6:30AM to 3:00PM  
• Work Environment: Fast-paced logistics and pharmacy distribution setting, including EMS vehicles and supply centers
