The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Distribution Center Technician II to join our dynamic team! You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory integrity, and performing essential distribution tasks using state-of-the-art equipment. This role requires working at heights of up to 20 feet while wearing safety harnesses and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld devices and following standard operating procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification provided).
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and identify discrepancies.
• Organization & Maintenance: Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and meet company safety and 5S standards.
• Collaboration: Report safety issues, escalate problems, and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Other Duties: Assist with receiving, returns, and quality control tasks as needed.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• High School or GED Graduate or relevant work experience of 2 years or more
• Read, write, and speak English for work related communication
• On the job training and certification support provided upon hire for required positions

Job Type & Compensation

• Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
• Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site, M-F, 4:00PM to 12:30AM, rotating weekends 
• Target Pay Range: $15.70/hour, plus applicable shift differential 
• Work Environment: Distribution center
