We are currently seeking a Temporary Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing daily support to the HR Shared Services Teams in the delivery of services related to Time Off policies and related tracking in both AIMS and Insperity Time & Attendance, the creation and revision of policies and handbooks and other foundational services such as job descriptions and separation agreements. Demonstrates initiative, willingness and ability to support and back up team members, as needed. Supports special projects, while maintaining high quality standards, and meets team and client timelines.
Responsibilities:
Distributes work through the monitoring of Team Mailboxes and via customer relationship. management system to appropriate HR Shared Services Team personnel across the country.
Runs reports for the HR Shared Services Teams using various Insperity systems and data sources and distributes them to appropriate teams and individuals.
Maintains team databases and performs administrative functions and processes for the HR Shared Services Teams.
Develops and maintains knowledge and understanding of Paid Sick and Time Off resources and other foundational processes.
Assists in the preparation of key client HR deliverables, such as Core Policy Handbooks, time-off policies, and Client Tracking documentation and other foundational services.
Assists with internal and external meeting coordination, logistics, scheduling and work assignments for the HR Shared Services Teams.
Provides backup and support to other team members, as needed.
Provides project support as necessary throughout the year.
Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Two years of related work experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn other application or software programs as needed.
Working knowledge of database programs, data manipulation and customized report development.
Strong customer service skills and can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple project and activities in an efficient and timely manner.
Problem solving skills.
Knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of general business.
