We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR department and ensure a welcoming, organized office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion when handling sensitive information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
HR & Office Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, new hires, and visitors at the front desk.
  • Manage reception duties including phone coverage, inquiries, and guest assistance.
  • Coordinate parking validation and oversee guest services.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment, including common areas.
  • Order and restock office supplies as needed.
  • Provide scheduling and calendar management support, including meeting coordination.
  • Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Partner with the HR team to support onboarding activities, including Day 1 logistics and welcome materials.
  • Assist in issuing and tracking employee ID badges.
  • Provide general administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR support, office administration, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Excel preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze data when required.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
